2. Scope of application

The present terms and conditions apply to the sale of services offered by https://www.maraisvisites.com (SIRET : 510 501 273 00013).
Claire Cornic reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of sale at any time, subject to publishing these modifications on the https://www.maraisvisites.com website.

3. Availability, ordering and follow-up

Reservations are made by email.

The service provider, Maraisvisites.com, undertakes to send the customer confirmation of availability, a proposed date and a quote by email within a maximum of 72 hours.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
Ordering a service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over any other document.


4. Rates

Services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated in the quote on the day of registration of the firm and definitive order.


5. Terms of payment

The reservation of the service is final when the quote is returned dated and signed with the mention “Good for agreement” and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the order.
The deposit can be paid by cheque, made payable to Claire Cornic, or by bank transfer. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days after the start date of the service.
Once the deposit has been paid, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer by email or post.
The reservation of services will not be considered definitive until the customer has received payment of the deposit.
Maraisvisites.com will not be obliged to provide the services ordered by the customer if the deposit has not been paid in full in accordance with the above conditions.

6. Cancellation conditions and charges

Cancellation of the service by maraisvisites.com or the customer after confirmation of the reservation is subject to the following provisions.


[6.1] Cancellation attributable to Montmartre-site.com

Maraisvisites.com undertakes to provide one or more guides on the date, at the time and place specified at the time of booking.
In the event of force majeure or exceptional events preventing Maraisvisites.com from providing the service (weather conditions, strikes at museums and institutions, absence of the guide, closure of the sites visited), the full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.


[6.2] Cancellation by the customer

Any order cancelled by the customer before the day of the service (including weekends and public holidays) will give rise to penalties invoiced according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation made more than 30 calendar days before the start of the service: 30% of the total price of the service
- Cancellation made between 15 and 30 calendar days before the start of the service: 50% of the total price of the service
- Cancellation made between 7 and 14 calendar days before the start of the service: 75% of the total price of the service
- Cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before start of service: 100% of total price

The customer must ensure that he or she is at the meeting place and time before the tour begins.
If the customer cancels after the agreed appointment time, or fails to arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed time, the full price of the tour will be due.


7. Liability and warranty

During the visit, the participants are under their own civil responsibility. Maraisvisites.com cannot be held responsible for accidents or theft during the visit.
